Had a miss sent package that kept looping around between SD and IA. Called, and they found the package and relabeled it for me so I would get it. Very friendly and helpful!
The post office worker was very rude.I went there three times over two days. The first time I got a package sent out.The second time I came with one package and I told the guy I had some money on my card as well as the money I had.I told him I didn't know how much I had on the card and he told me in a rude tone that he wasn't going to mess with it.Then he ripped off the label he had already put on it and stuck the paper in his mouth before I could ask my mom for some money.I cam back the next day after waking up early and only to find out the window didn't open till 8:00 so I waited there for over an hour because I had no way home.Only for him to tell me I didn't have enough money and I know for a fact I did as I counted it before I went.My mom went in as well to get my packages out and the first thing the man asked her was do you have the money to mail these packages out?The man pounded on the computer like a maniac and did not help us at all.I thought that the Post Office is supposed to help you. They should help you considering the money they make every day and they should be open longer as well. The Post Office is one of the biggest money making places in the state and they don't have time to keep it open or be respectful to customers.
