Excellent fast service friendly workers and hot great food
Was a manager of a Pizza Hut for 15yrs and I was not impressed with the way nobody really seemed to care or to friendly. Pasta was not hot, no seasoning on cheese stix, marinara for sticks wasn't hot. Just not happy with this visit. It will be a while before I go back.
Bad service, had to wait to be seated, buffet had few choices, no sausage pizza, the kids running this pizza hut are poorly managed, they could not keep up with the customers, no breadsticks, pasta ran out, no refills on pop, at 11:45 I expect more, had to wait 10 min just to pay. 30 dollars for me and 2 kids. This is the worst pizza hut I've ever been to. We won't be back.
They recently replaced the buffet islands, but this update actually removed several salad bar items that were staples (not because of space limits). The wait staff has frequent turn over so I don't expect good service; once and a while you'll get an experienced wait staff. Menu Items continue to change as does the base sauce for the pizza (sweet, spicy and bland tomato). Seating a mix between booths (along the outside walls in the dining area) and some chair and table setups. The combination of poor wait staff attention, constant menu changing and dated dining area is the reason for only 3 stars.
Breadsticks were good
Way too much cheese, not enough sauce on pizza, which was not very high quality
