Got both pur orders wrong. Wasn't supposed to be ketchup on my wife's burger and no salt on my fries and they had heavy amounts on both of thdm
Waited 13 minutes for a "hash brown". Ordered 6 Items... 2 missing, 1 incorrect. 50% doesn't keep people coming back. Seems owner of this establishment needs to re-evaluate some things after seeing all the quality reviews.
We had buttermilk chicken tenders. They were over done and a math lesson had to be taught. Ordered 6 and received 5. Plus every customer in the store was complaining about the service.
One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and very dirty. Most of the workers can't even do math or listen to simple orders as they seem to almost always mess up my order. Called to complain to the manager I think his name was Scott or Steve (he sounded younger) and he acted like I was lying about them forgetting my order, also I've heard that they have picked food up off the ground and serve them to customers.
Absolutely sucks. Service takes forever. Employees are not very professional. Most meals are wrong. I used to work there as did many of my friends. Basically everyone quit because its so terrible.
